For the last month and I have I have tried to re-pay back the loan. Because I used the words "cancel my loan by paying it back" on 3 occasions, they re-newed the loan each time and took $90 out my account each time!!! Some girls named LaKeisha, Rona and Rachael said because I used the wrong wording, they renewed the loan. (As IF I work for a loan company). I can't "cancel" a loan. Mind you they KNEW what I meant because I kept saying pay back the loan. I want to pay it off in full.
I have over and over, called many, MANY times. Have emailed, MANY, many times. Have argued have BEGGED to send me the paperwork to pay the loan off and each time I get, "you'll get the email response with the payback loan documents" and I am still waiting. Almost 2 months later. Mind you, they keep renewing the contract without my permission.
Not only that but I have sent several emails through their website that has no PHYSICAL CONTACT INFORMATION but I've also sent them emails when I've gotten a response from them. I've even called and asked for a physical address and they refuse to give me one although I offered to send a check or money order to them.
This Company is a total Rip-OFF!!! They are con artists. They are rude, disrespectful and harass people because they are not being held accountable for their actions.
If there is a class action lawsuit, I am ALL in!!! I want all my money back for harrassment, stress, for stealing money that I didn't give them permission to take and for being un-cooperative.

Be advised that PDL companies are notoriously bad. You must be sure that they are licensed to extend loans in your state. I have found two PDL companies that are not licensed, registered as a corporation or d/b/a in NM, OK, or CA. All these states require licenses to extend loans period. You can find out by going to your state's secretary of state website, they will be able to direct you.
Here's a important point, from my contracts class. All contracts, to be legal, must meet 4 requirements. They are: 1) offer; 2) acceptance; 3) consideration; and 4) legality. If the PDL company you are dealing with has meet all of these requirements expect one, the contract is null and void. In my case, the PDL company I was dealing with has no license to extend loans in CA. It does not meet element 4 - 'legality' therefore, my contract with these companies (United Cash Loans and One Click Cash) are void. ' Close your account a.s.a.p!!!!

I dealt with them in the past and they are a real pain to deal with. You might be able to send them a Certified Letter and put stop payment on their ACHs at the bank to force them to contact you.
