512 auto's Lied, misrepresented, suspended, investigated, stole, ignored, rude, austin, Texas

I purchased a motor home from 512 auto's in early November 2012. They advertised the motor home as having everything in working order and having new tires. They even sent me a video where the representative, Brandon actually says the tires are new.

I contracted with them to hire a driver and deliver the vehicle. The driver was supposed to deliver the vehicle a few days after Thanksgiving but never showed up. Neither Selena in the office at 512 Auto's nor Brandon would answer the phone. I was only able to get Brandon to answer after I filled up his voice mail. 

They refused to provide a title even though the vehicle was paid in full. EBay started an investigation as did the Texas DMV as I was not the only buyer that was not getting a title. Ebay suspended 512 Auto's. Brandon tried using multiple different Ebay accounts with different names and different customer satisfaction reports after 2 buyers reported that he was selling vehicles but not providing titles.

The motor home tires were 14 years old and one blew out within 3 hours of leaving Austin. Brandon said that the oil and filters had been replaced. I changed the oil and filters myself, and they were the original 1998 filters and oil on the generator, engine and transmission. Neither air horn worked, the heating system didn't work, the electric mirror switch was broken, the Bose stereo CD was broken, the motorised steps were bent and broken. Multiple lights were broken, the Propane gas detector was broken. The awning wind sensor was broken. I am still trying to go through all the items.

We finally received the title after Christmas, after the Texas DMV criminal investigators started the process of revoking their dealer license.
