Notified seller and told them about the damage and was basically told, tough luck.
They pride themselves on being a "family owned business" but this family is lacking any morals or standards.
And, Matt--- your the man of the family and should have some values and show/teach your children the right and honest way to do things, not teach them to rip off people. What kind of example are you setting for your kids?
