This company, Instatrim.com a/k/a 555 Diet Challenge, was sponsored by MyPoints.com through one of their many e-mails back around September 2006. Members could sign up for the 5*5*5 Challange, which was lose 5 lbs in the Next 5 Days when you find out the '5 Biggest Mistakes Women Make When Trying To Lose Weight', get recipes and meal planners, and find out the 'Secrets to success' by registering for an e-book, which was limited to one per customer.

I remember when I received my first charge from this company, I immediately called the company and cancelled my subscription, and informing them that I did not want to get charged by them any more. Well, low and behold, 16 months later, this company is charging my credit card without my authorization. I also tried to call the telephone number for this company, and it is no longer in service.

I have disputed the charge with my credit card company, filed a fraud charge with my credit card company, and will pursue filing a fraud charge with my home state as well as with North Dakota.

If you did business with this company through MyPoints, I would definitely be checking those credit card, paypal accounts, personal accounts very closely.
