Reports are true! This company is a scam, AND what is worse, is that I have been told by my bank that I need to contact this company to get my money back - when it is impossible to do so. If you call the companys number, you hear a recorded message that states: No one is here to take your call. Please leave your name and number and we will get back with you." How unfortunate that when you report this to your bank (LaSalle) they claim that they can not do anything. I work very hard and have to live pay check to pay check. This fraudulant charge came into my account as a pending transaction when I saw it. I contacted the back directly, and was told that they would file a dispute, which I did online as well. Not only did the charge go through the next day, but it took my account to the negative and I was charged $33 return check fee! This hardly seems fair to me! I have no choice but to cancel my account - why should I keep it when my bank will stand behind a scam and not a customer of over 10 years?! This is sad, unfortanate and so very frustrating. On January 18th I was debited $29.89 - something must be done - they have gotten thousands of dollars from consumers!!!
