on july 17 i sent in an order for 149,90 dollars to 5mtl
my visa card was billed that day

since then....not one word nor film has arrived...i have written to the company.,...to their myspace...to the owners facebook.....nothing!!!

just saw sams comment
wow
i tried for 2 years to get in contact with sam!!! there was no telephone and he refused to answer my emails! i only found him on myspace by chance and then decided to try to get what i had paid for.
i had sent the man 300 dollars and never recieved my order nor any answers!!
i do not give up easy....do not like getting screwed
i finally got my films....and being the idiot i am....decided to give sam another chance...and stupidly put in a new order
after one month...nothing arrived...no answers to my emails..no films
then sam gets angry at me for complaining. i asked him for the tracking number of the items he claims he sent....alas....his computer broke that day
nothing has arrived
if he has refunded my money...my bank has not seen it
take a look at sams record on the atlanta better business bureau...then tell me who is the nightmare

in sams world a nightmare customer is one who has the guts to expect to receive what he paid for. hard to understand how he can call me a nightmare....i have proof that he has my money. i have asked for proof that he has shipped....alas....his computer lost the receipt. not sure but last time i was at the post office...they handed me a paper receipt. as a businessman i keep receipts. for both my accountant...and to be sure if something like this arises. that is the way most businesses operate.
so once again...being a nightmare means that i actually expect to get what i paid for

This is a guy who ordered some films from us about three years ago. Two years after the order was placed he sent an email complaining that he never received the order! TWO YEARS LATER!!!!! Instead of telling him too bad like most companies would do, I sent the order out a second time, no questions asked. He got it! Now he likes to say that it took two years for him to get an order from me! Maybe if you had contacted me a LITTLE SOONER it wouldn't have taken two years!

Now he places an order to be sent to Michigan that I have mailed out already he doesn't get it before he returns to Sweden and he decides to post a negative comment about my company?! I did this guy a favor sending his order out again the last time. For all I know he got it and decided to rip me off and get the titles he ordered a second time to give to friends! I returned this guy's money on the 19th of August for the order he didn't get in July and he posts this on the 20th?! Don't believe me, send me an email to sam@5mtl.com and I can show you PROOF of the refund he received! People who run any kind of online business in the United States beware of this FOOL! He is a threatening person who will accuse you of lying even after you have given his money back. He is a nightmare customer who I have asked to NEVER order from me again.

I am sure he will have a response to this filled with lies and excuses for being who he is, but please understand that he is without a doubt the most shockingly unappreciative and overall hateful person we have EVER had to deal with. Stay far away from Larry of Sweden! Take it from me!!
