This bank blocked my business debit card because of fraudulent activity which I appreciate since they were protecting me from cyber criminals. However, i called for a replacement card which I need to operate my business since I must pay for products and services online. The banks call center told me that I would recieve one in 10 business days. It did not come so I called the customer service call center and they informed that they did not issue a replacement card. I was upset since this totally disprupts my business since I cannot obtain what I need to run my business. The call center didi not appologize for gtheir oversight. They referred me to a a local branch to get a temporary ATM Card which is useless. I have to order things like printer toner and cartridges off the internet since the local stores do not have what I need. I need a debit card to obtin these things. I called the local brnch anyway and then followed through with another call to the call center. Someone at the call center named Chris did not like my attitude (I was upset) and he hung up on me. No one ever apologized for not doing what they promised. The call center people were arrogant and rude. The branch people did finally order a replacement card. The local branch employees wer
