5xTrim Desert Botanica Was told it cost $9.95 for the shipping if I wanted to cancel I could and not be charged the $109.95. I called tried to speak with someone they hung up on me. They had already taken money out of my account before the 10 days were up. I contacted my bank a representative called them with me on the line they wouldn't let me talk kept interrupting and told me no refund and hung up again. Cheyenne Wyoming

I was contacted by 5Xtrim to try this weight loss program. The lady on the phone told me it would cost $9.95 for the shipping. I asked how much would it be after the trial period which she said would be 10 days the cost $109.95. I told her I didn't want to pay the $109.95. She told me wait until you receive the package and then call and cancel and you won't be charged the $109.95. I tried to contact the company a few times with no answer. Then I got a hold of someone and they had already taken the $109.95 out of my account before the 10 days were up. I tried to talk to the man on the phone he got mad and hung up. So I called my bank a representative called the company with me on the line a lady answer barely let the representative speak so I started to talk to her she kept interrupting and said no refunds and hung up. My bank is fileing a claim against them to see what can be done.
