The shoes were received as size 9 and 11. After wating for a responce all that was received was an email with and RMA approval to send the shoe back. No shipping lable, and only shows refund of shoe price. If there warehouse person can not read an 8 for an 11 they have some very big problems. Contacted them again in regards to return shipping, no response. Its a shame they are a sister site to zappos.com. Do Not Purchase from these crooks.
