7RENT.COM IS THE WORST RENTAL COMPANY IN ALL OF COLUMBUS. ALL OF THEIR PROPERTIES ARE FILLED WITH MOLD, MICE AND INSECTS. AND THEY WILL NOT CLEAN IT UP.
ROBERT MOAZAMPOUR (COMPANY OWNER) SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE I.N.S. HE IS A SLUMLORD WITH NO MORALS. HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY RUN A COMPANY LET ALONE DEAL WITH TENANTS. HIS MAINTENANCE MEN ARE NOT TRAINED OR CERTIFIED IN ANY FORM. THE WORK THAT THEY DO IS SOOO SHOTTY AND THEN THEY CHARGE YOU FOR IT.

YOU CAN CALL THE OFFICE NUMBER 24/7 365 DAYS A YEAR AND SHE WILL NEVER ANSWER.. GOD FORBID SHE HAS TO LIFT HER FAT FILLED ARM FROM HER A** TO ANSWER THE PHONE. The initial response is absolutely angel or someone else within 7 rent. Once again. Please do not rent from 7 rent and or support them in any way! A "company" like this does not deserve to be in business

PLEASE, I have had EXTENSIVE dealings with 7RENT.COM, and have spoken to MANY former tennants, and not ONE has nice things to say about the idiots who run this company
The rebuttal posted here is so transparently ANGEL ROBINSON, just use common sense, do you really think their former tennant loves them SOO much she just periodically checks to see if anyone has said anything bad about them... PUULLEASE, run away from anything with 7RENT.com on it... Do yourselves a favor, NO house is nice enough to deal with these morons

Yeah, the post above is 100% Angel Robinson and NOT a consumer. Come on how dumb do you think people are?
To address 7rent, Angel and Robert. If you can avoid it, don't deal with Angel and only deal with Robert. Angel is conniving person and will try to make her job easy by making your life hell. They will snoop around your place when your not there, they will try to squeeze every last dime they possibly can out of you. They display the rent, then once you get there they add another $50 a month for water and not show you the bill (profit$$).
Whatever you do, DO NOT "work with them" on when you can move in. I was told I could move in Sept.1 (and was forced to pay for Sept in full), but when I was honest and told them my other lease ended Sept 30th, nothing and I mean NOTHING got done to get the place ready and I was not able to move in until Sept 26th and they STILL had not completed standard repairs. I had a Mexican guy in and out of my place until damn near the end of October. When we said we just wanted to get out of our lease and live somewhere else they THREATEND us with their lawyer and told us they would take us to court if we tried to break the lease. I had to research lawyers and get legal advice an weigh the pros and cons of going to court...BEFORE I EVER MOVED IN.
Then the issue of signing another lease. Never in my life have I EVER signed a year lease in July and had them telling me I had to resign in FEBUARY!! If you don't sign in February they start tromping people through your apartment on almost a daily basis. Never in my life have I had to deal with a Landlord and his crew of flunkies more than 7rent.com. There was maybe 4 weeks out of the entire year when I wasn't dealing with them, arguing with them, being threatened with eviction and generally being harassed by them.
A month before I moved out of this horribly bad situation I got a letter on my door, begging us to consider moving out early. The new tenants moving into our place lease ended the 31st and their 7 rent lease started the 1st. When we asked for a rent reduction for being nice and moving out early...they basically laughed in our faces. We felt bad because we knew that they had signed the lease already and 7 rent basically told them that they had to deal with us and told them they already signed the lease. We did the nice thing, the thing good people do for each other and moved out a week early, even though we paid for that week.
You see the real Angel shining through in the very last part of the above comment, "Grow up". Yeah, like a grown woman yelling at tenants who don't bow to her way. Or a grown woman crying when confronted with her own lies. Or like two grown adults who would rather send letters of eviction before even asking any questions. Your post is so transparent and childish Angel I wonder how you still have a job. You must be sucking Robert off, you whale.
To be fair, I got most of my RIDCULOUSLY ($2k) large deposit back from them, but I had to deal with Robert calling me and telling me the place was not clean.

I have something to say about 7rent.com. I am a former tenant of this company myself. This report makes me sick! I am absolutely appalled that ripoff report would soil it's own reputation by allowing someone to post something this false, scandalous, and WRONG. In my own experience, 7rent is a GREAT company to rent from. Whenever I had an issue, they were there to take care of it immediately. I never had to wait more than 2-3 days to have my issue dealt with. My unit was wonderful, a great apartment, and there was no mold, mice, or insects. I moved out of state, so I could not rent from them anymore, but if I moved back to Columbus, I wouldn't consider using another rental company ever! 7rent is great and their employees are great too! Robert is VERY nice and easy to deal with. Even if you ask him for an upgrade or improvement to your apartment, he is willing to do it! Most landlords would laugh in your face! Angel, the property manager, is soooo sweet! She would do anything for me that I asked, and she was ALWAYS polite, courteous, and PROFESSIONAL. And, to make it clear, she answered the office phone EVERY SINGLE TIME I called the office! Dale, the maintenance guy, is the best. He's a good, trustworthy guy who does a fantastic job on anything he works on. I couldn't have asked for a better rental company. And I am APPALLED at this nasty person and the disgusting and morally bankrupt comments here. I just HAD to say something. And for the record, when I left my apartment, it was in the same condition I rented from them in, and I received my deposit back, IN FULL, on time, and without a single hassle. I even received a nice note from Angel thanking me for being such a wonderful tenant. So, to this *disgusting* person who wrote this nasty report, I say, you obviously have a grudge against these people because of something YOU have done to destroy their property. Grow up, be mature, and don't write stupid comments like these. It's very childish, and anyone who would believe this bag of hot air is very sad indeed.
