Rip off. Ordered flowers, flowers were delivered on time and beautiful. I was happy. Received charge on my credit card for a special club, vip2 services. Apparently this is a $10 fee applied monthly!!!! Tried to cancel on line, have to call their 800 number.
Called 800 number and was greated with a very rude customer service person Jodi. Asked for her supervisor and was told I was rude and would I just let her do her job. I said well, I called the 800 number to cancel. Had to take time away from my job to do so, unlike other companies which operate at a higher level of customer service which allow you to opt out with out calling. She rudely told me she was trying to do her job and asked me what my problem was. Well, I answered, I am trying to cancel membership that I did not want, took time away from my day to do so on the phone and do not appreciate being sold a song and dance to try and stay. If I wanted to stay, I would have done so. For the money and false way it is provided to you I do not want nor will I ever use the service again. Would you please transfer me to another rep. She said hold please.
Well I held on for a few minutes, and she answered the call again as if it was a new call. I said apparently the hold button forgot to tell you it was still me. Screaming in my ear she stated no one was available to deal with someone like me and I will get a cancellation email and HUNG UP!!!
Ok, I might have been a little rude. However, 1. I was being charged a monthly fee for a club I did not want to belong to, 2. only noticed the charge because I was reviewing my credit card charges, 3. tried to cancel on-line to only find out I had to call, 4. had to sit on hold for five minutes listening to their reasons as to why I should stay a member, 5. greeted by a screaming customer service rep from the beginning (mind you, she was typing so loud my ears were hurting not to mention how loud her voice was. when I asked her to back away I was greeted with a very sour person).
I do customer service for a living. The customer is always treated with the utmost respect, even if they ream me up and down, back and forth. I am totally old school with the way I treat people. I simply do not want to be sold to keep something I am clearly trying to cancel, by calling the cancellation number as well!
A total rip off. Because of the lack of customer service I would never use this company and strongly suggest you find another way to send flowers. Call direct! You will have better service and prettier flowers!! It is so easy to find a florist in the town you are sending to that is right by the location.
