Arizona Investment Link is a full service real-estate brokerage company specializing in helping buyers find their dream home and sellers who want top dollar for their property on the open market. Arizona Investment Link specializes in the fix and flip technique for global investors in the Phoenix Metro real-estate market. Jason and Jennifer LaFlesch have been in the real-estate business for twenty years each with a combined experience of forty years. They have serviced the Phoenix Metro market place during their whole real-estate career.
Leads for this company are acquired through radio, website, and referrals. Mr. LaFlesch hosts two live radio real-estate talk shows for the past ten years. The stations include 1510 AM and 99.3 FM, which has generated beneficial leads for the company. Arizona Investment Link has an information website with ArizonaInvestmentLink.com, which generates leads from visiting customers. Lastly, prior business with customers and the longevity of the business generates a large referral lead base. The sales process as it relates to the client is individualized for each customer. “The sales and service process is individualized for each customer since each property requirement is slightly different for buyer, seller, or investor” stated Mrs. LaFlesh. The process starts with a legal contract where the company completes the paperwork for the customer. The company follows the step-by-step contract process by making sure the inspections are completed, notices are sent, and appraisals are completed in a timely manner. The company follows-up with any additional information appraisers might need, such as additional receipts or reports on the property.
Arizona Investment Link does not deal with very many complaints but they are bound to happen. The following complaint is very rare but is an example of one this company has had. A client selling their property wants a price they believe is a fair market value. The property is listed on the market for the fair market price, which a buyer agrees to buy. During the sells process an independent third party inspector and appraiser will validate the selling price. If the value placed on the property is lower than what the seller and buyer agreed upon, the banks would only finance the lower appraisal value. To help facilitate a sell we advise the client to lower the price to the appraised value. The client is not satisfied with the lower price recommendation even though it is out of our control. As stated before Mrs. LaFlesh ensures “this type of complaint is very rare.” Recognizing the onset of the problem prevents it from ever becoming a problem. Communicating with the client during the sells process lets the client know what they should or should not expect. Explaining why and how the process works also resolves this issue. Providing clients with options helps them prepare better to increase their appraisal values. By never letting the issue turn into a formal complaint, this makes clients happier. The clients understand the company is working for them not against them.

The company participates in continuing education to keep up on the current laws. The company has completed over five thousand hands on real-estate transactions since its inception. The company has only received two complaints, which they consider fraudulent and not real clients. The complaints being from former employees.

THEY CHANGED THEIR NAMES 3 TIMES AND RELOCATED FROM DOWNTOWN, LA TO GLENDALE. THEY ARE NOW "911-TAX RELIEF" IN GLENDALE, CA
THE MANAGER'S NAME IS MICHAEL GARCIA. THE OWNER'S NAME IS VARDAN SARKISOV.
I was unfortunate enough to work for this company for several years, and honestly, it is the absolute WORST tax resolution firm you could possibly use to handle your tax debt. They are considered a "resolution mill" because they make unrealistic promises to potential clients just to get them in the door, and once they collect the fee, they place your file at the bottom of a very, very, very long list of past clients and forget about you.
This firm is only interested in making money, and since they have invested most of their capital in marketing, there is nothing left over to fulfill the promises the sales people make to the hundreds of clients. They are terrible to their employees and have an extremely high turn over rate (hence all of the complaints about getting multiple case managers). Their work force is incompetent and not qualified to handle tax matters, and because they are so understaffed, very few clients actually see any attention given to their case (hence all of the complaints about no contact and lack of action).
They train their employees to lie to clients about the progress of their case. They will claim work has been completed when it has not. They will almost never give refunds and if you happen to get someone on the phone, you will likely be hung up on, or asked to call you back (which will never happen). Actually, you will receive a call if you fail to make one of your payments, but if you have questions about your case during this call, you will be told to contact your case manager, lol.
Keep in mind, each "case manager" is required to oversee 300-400 cases! The "tax professionals" (attorneys, EAs, and CPAs) sometimes have upwards of 800-900 clients to represent! Addressing each client's tax problem in a competent and timely manner is impossible with this amount of cases...this is what has brought a lot of resolution mills of this sort to absolute ruin. We could not handle the ridiculous amount of work they put on their employees. It's impossible! Again, they care not about the service, but only about your $$$.
Many complaints were made to the owners and management about these problems by both staff and customers, but the complaints fell on deaf ears. They only care about taking money from your account and that is it. If you are seriously considering this company to handle your tax debt, you are playing with fire and will likely be regretting the day you ever considered their services.
I implore everyone to REVIEW THE COMPLAINTS about this company on any website (ripoff report, BBB, Yelp, Google, etc). You will only find very terrible reviews and they are ALL THE SAME. I don't make this complaint out of spite, but rather concern for potential victims of this very unethical and unapologetic business. How they have an A rating with the BBB is beyond belief, considering they have 53 COMPLAINTS in the last 12 MONTHS! Says something about the BBB perhaps. Either way, you should also review their "response" to the client complaints on BBB - they never admit to wrongdoing! They always blame the customer and attempt to exonerate their horrible and careless behavior. It's pathetic, and is in no way how a business should conduct itself. Please do not fall for their false promises, you will be sorry.
