The 99 Cent Store actually rings up all purchases at register .9999 cents and rounds up to $1.00 on the receipt. It states everywhere in the store that all items are 99 cents. This is fraud. Take a penny and multiply it times 100 items = $1.00 x 100= $100 x 10 = $1000.
