Our family called 24-Hour Glass to come fix a broken window and paid double the price for emergency. This family lacks business etiquette and gives the run around to anyone that does not speak english fluently.
This company has already had one complaint against them within the first year of opening. They do not know how to operate business correctly. They like to give their customers the run around.
They have the largest add in the telephone book only to deceive potential patrons into contracting them to do jobs. They dont' even have a proper business location but rather they run a business straight out of their run-down poorly sanitized home.
We paid them full in cash since we had no other methods of payment since our home was invaded and everything was stolen. Accounts were all closed and they wrote on the receipt that they took our payment in cash, FULL, and would come back to finish the job.
It took well over a month to receive any word from this company. E-mails were sent, phone calls were made and eventually a complaint was filed through the Better Business Bureau. The wife (Tonya) lied on the report sent out by the BBB and I have all papers proving their dishonesty.
After a month of running around and trying to get them to finish the job we did much research before contracting another local glass company to re-do the job in it's entirety.
Stay away from this company at all costs!! They may have the largest ad in the telephone book but they lack any respect for anyone that's not caucasian. Completely racist family, very uneducated and will rip you off a mere 75 dollars because they don't know anything about customer service or satisfaction for that matter.
You won't even save much money through them by contracting them. We ended up paying double for their services and getting ripped off versus going through a reputable company with satisfaction guarentees.
