A & A Driving School AA Drivers, A and A Driving School Owner rips off DMV and his students Richmond Hill, New York

Owner, Amzad Mohamod has young students who has no driving experience, come to the school any day of the week to supposedly do the 5-hour class (pre-licensing course) and is in and out within an hour.  He never teaches the class for the entire 5 hrs and he is not there most of the time, until the student watches one half hour video then they wait for him to come into the office, sometimes an hour, just to stretch the time out, then he writes up their certificates with the warning that he doesn't do this for everyone, so they shouldn't let anyone know they got their certificate within an hour.  His 5 hour classes are advertised for every Saturday starting at 10am and Wednesdays starting at 4pm.  Yet on Saturdays he is out doing driving lessons at 1pm and on Wednesdays the office closes at 6pm.  He has been cheating the students and lying to DMV for over 8 years now.  He refuses to hire a driving instructor so he wants to have a five hour class and still give lessons at the same time.

He also claims he is active in his Masjid, but several times I got complaints from my young nieces and daughters that he is very inappropriate during the lessons, making suggestive comments, touching their arm or leg, flirting, or when he's not doing that, talking on his cell phone during the lessons.  He is very interested in the money but once he is paid, he would cancel lessons or cut the time down, or have students drive him to do his personal errands.  I would not recommend him, especially after my neighbor stated as well, that he flirted with her, and made inappropriate comments to her younger sister.

I am very surprised his school has been around so long, considering he doesn't do anything the right way.  He also use to do the defensive course, taking up to $80 for the 6 hour class but only having a student come in and sign the roster, pay and leave.  No one ever sat for 6 hrs.  But he got busted with that and the took his DDC license away since then.  You would think DMV would continue to investigate him.
