This company begain liying to me on my first telephone call. I was informed that they had my items in stock, they would ship the next day, I would receive an order tracking number the next day and my credit card would not be charged until the items were shipped. Lie #1-- they did not have the items in stock. Lie #2 they did not ship the next day, Lie #3 they charged my credit card ($393.00) within three minutes after completing the order taking.
After numerous telephone calls with 10 to 15 minutes on hold and several diconnects I finally got a "live one" who advised me that the items I had ordered were in shippment and when they hit the first US port of entry, they would notify me. I insisted that he cancell the order and advised my bank to issue a fraud alert and to put the charge in protest.
My error was in not checking for complaints against A J Richie. This is not a company tjhat you would want to do business with.
