If you investigate Richard Balles, you will find out he is not a licensed real estate agent.

Steer clear of him, he is a joke.

Enough Already

AUTHOR: FairMinded12 - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, March 29, 2010

The subject of this posting has been the target of multiple false,
malicious postings over the course of the past year and a half.
Unfortunately, people continue to hide behind fake postings and make
cowardly accusations in a half-a*s attempt at bringing somebody down
that they don't like.  If there was even one scintilla of fact in what
the accuser had to say, their proper recourse would be in filing a
complaint with the Commissioner of Financial Regulation for the State of
Maryland, not in hiding behind a fake name on a watch dog site, the
credibility of which has become somewhat of a joke in the world of
consumer protection websites.  It just goes to show that folks need to
do their own due diligence, and not believe everything you hear -- good
or bad.
