Complaints have and are being filed against this firm for Federal and State Tax evasion, misclassification of their I C Drivers, WHEN, those individuals are in fact employees of A Plus Expediting & Logistics Inc. Failure to paid required Federal and State taxes for each employee as required by law. Violation of Federal Statute 29 U.S.C., 206, 207, 216(B), 255(A). Complaints and a Federal lawsuit will also be filed for unjust enrichment.
Complaints are also being filed with the Federal Department of Transportation because they are forcing their I C Drivers to violate its rules and statutes on how long a commercial driver can drive in one 24 period without being required to sleep.
I strongly suggest that any client or future employee visit the website of www.aplusbadchoice.com after June 13, 2011 for updated information on the status of each complaint and Federal Lawsuit.
I also caution each client of theirs to be aware that YOU could be held financially liable for any unpaid employee salaries. In any lawsuit you could also be named as a Co-defendant.
