A-Pampered-Princess Kenneth & Kristy Simmons SCAM ALERT $2700 CLAIMED 7 PACKAGES NEVER ARRIVED BY FEDEX AND USPS, GOT PRODUCTS AND THEIR MONEY BACK Peoria, Arizona

we were contacted by Kenneth Simmons who stated he was opening a new store soon and working on a new website. He placed 2 orders with us totalling $2700. We make handmade products, bath bombs, soap, lotion, body butters, perfume oil, bath and body products. We began working on his products and expedited his order of over 300 pounds of products. We shipped using USPS and FEDEX. We received delivery notifications (and also emails from Kenneth Simmons) showing he had received our deliveries. Then we received a letter from our credit card processor notifying us of a chargeback.

We provided all supporting documentation showing 7 packages were delivered to the address he provided. Yet, as we did not receive a signature from Kristy or Kenneth Simmons, the credit card notified us of reversal rejection, meaning they were giving Kristy and Kenneth Simmons their $2700 back, plus they have our products (as displayed on a new website they created). We are writing to warn others who make handmade products to beware of them and always to get signatures for deliveries.
