A Savannah Nite Limousine Service Empire Corporate Transportation, AB Cincy Limo A Savannah Nite canceled my reservation two weeks before my wedding Internet

   This whole thread is beginning to sound ridiculous.

   The owner of the company originally claimed to know who the "mad bride" was and claimed to have a signed contract.   The "mad bride" originally claimed to have a signed contract for this job as well. 

   Now the owner of the company claims that this is a competitor.   I don't get it.  You earlier stated that this was a customer and that you had a specific written contract with this person.   Now you claim this is a competitor trying to badmouth you on the Internet.    You can post whatever you like, but I just thought I'd point out that this makes no sense to an outside observer.

  As for the OP who claimed to have a signed, enforceable contract which she now claims to have gotten rid of.  Funny that wasn't mentioned before.

Just so everyone know this review was not posted by a customer it was posted by Tom the owner of Motortoys Limousine Service. Its funny that Mike's named is mentioned in here When Mike never talked with this customer or delt with the issue. Tom please leave A Savannah Nite alone and focus on your own company. We know now why you took your company off of Google maps and the other review sites so no one can leave a comment about your services. We have tracked the I.P Address that these reviews were posted from and we now have the proof. Tom all you have to do is get some nice cars, give out good customer service and then your company could be as great as A Savannah Nite. You are right there are other great limousines company's in town such as Jimmy's Limousine, Your Chuaffuer Limousine, M&M Limousine, A Limousine Associtiates and so on. There are several but YOUR company Mototortoys is not. That is why the other limo company's will not reffer you business or even talk to you because you are SHADY and do this to a lot of them. Why dont you just "GO Away" as in your own words. We will see who is laughing next week when you get served. All this is unnessasry focus on your own company and dont worry about what other companies do. Just for the record we have 60+ cars and only 27 of them are commercial limos so they are the only ones the DOT puts on their website as you well know. So yes we do over 1700 weddings a year and you may stop by our office anytime and I will be happy to show you. Tom get a life and learn how to play nice with others. Oh and by the way if you were truly a mad bride that contract would have never have got thrown away! You would be in court with a signed contract. Just Saying.

I am appalled that you go around calling people liars. Is this how you treat all customers you act as if you done no wrong that it is entirely the clients fault? There are several other good limo companies in the Cincinnati area to do business with other than you. I wish I still had the contract, but I dont I threw it away after it had been terminated. I got on this site to express my feelings and displeasures with your service. That is my right to freedom of speech. It goes to show how selfish and self centered you are by calling me a liar when we both know what the truth is. A simple I am sorry would have done the job, but you get on here and go on and on about how I am a liar. I do recall during a conversation with one of the girls that work in your office I was speaking about another limo companies in the area that I had got a quotes from. She did nothing but put those companies down and talk about how bad they where. She acted like you guys where the only limo company in all of Cincinnati. I should have knew then that you where not pleasant people to do business with. I must say Mike and Eric that there are other companies out there when I spoke your name they did not talk bad about you they just simply said that they know a lot about you and they would rather not comment, because that is not how they do business. I must say lesson learned and I hope that others may look at this and just seek out all of there options, and make their own judgment call. Yes they have a large fleet they have plenty of options to offer you, but beware and look around and listen to them watch how they will bad mouth and company that you speak to them.

We have your signed contract here and you rented the limo for 5 hours. I dont know where you get 8 hours. Furthermore the price was not 1100.00. I dont even believe you are the customer. All of the information you put on here dont even match. Let's do this if this is a valid and legit complaint lets see the signed contract you have. If you can provide me with a signed contract for 8 hours of service for 1100.00 I will give you the service for FREE. I have a car set aside just for you!

Well first off I am no Liar! You are a very shady company running under multiple names. I rented the vehicle for a specific amount of hours I understand drive time, I have no problem for drive time and dont expect anyone to dive excessive for free. But I f I rent a vehicle for 8 hours and I am only using the vehicle for 4 hours and you still tack on a bunch of extra money on the back side after we sign a contract how is that fair ? You are a shady company and should be put out of business. Brides beware he says he does 1700 weddings a year I find that very hard to imagine that means he would have to be doing on average 4 a day  32 a week. Come on do you really think that he does 32 wedding a week with only 27 cars registered with the DOT. Do your homework look at other companies and listen see what they have to say about ERIC and his shady company.    

First off we did not cancel your wedding 2 weeks prior. You booked the limo bus on 6/11/2011. You NEVER disclosed that the wedding was in Columbus, Ohio which is 2 hours away from us. We dint cancel 2 weeks proir to your wedding either. When we found out on July 28th 2011 we contacted you and explained and you said never mind refund our money we have another company going and willing to do it. When we found out we told you there would be an additional 400.00 travel time needed to be added to cover the extra 4 hours that we would have to drive. If we would have charged you the rate the bus booked for it would have been 1090.00 just in travel fees. We decided to work with you and only charge 400.00 to cover the driver and the fuel for the extra drive time. It is not our fault that you did not disclose to us how far we would be going. The reason you cant find noone is no one wants to drive to Columbus. we would be happy to do it you would just need to cover the travel. We do over 1700 weddings a year and NEVER canceled on ANYONE EVER! We have all the phone calls recorded that prove you did not disclose the location of the wedding. You are also lying that company's say we cancel all the time. If that was the case we would have review after review stating that. I am very disturbed that you would lie and post such outlandish things about us. Have you ever heard of Karma. well that is now why you dont have a limo on your day.

   If you have a contract, you're way ahead of the game.   If there are truly no other limos available on that date, I'd take the higher priced limo and then turn around and sue them in small claims for breach of contract.
