We paid this company in Full, by check over the phone after recieving the contact via email. We were promised 3 DVDS of our wedding, bonus footage, and a raw-uncut version of our ceremony, and reception. they never paid the sub-contractor , there for he will not release the footage to them, and the company will not release it to us. We tried to call the company, at its many different phone numbers, we found various addresses of this company, we called around looking for ways to contact this company, and we are not having any responses. We paid $995.00 for this service, and we are not getting our footage, the sub contractor who video taped our wedding said if we pay him $400.00 he will give us the footage, this is so disappointing... we were promised footage of our wedding, memories, and a huge event that we can not get back... and we have nothing. We do not know what the next step is, we are being aggressive, and will not stop until justice is served. We have contacted the Better Buisness Bureau, and are awaiting a response, we are going to contact local papers, wedding websites, and the local news... we will not stop, please feel free to contact me with advice on this issue.
