We would like to file a cloass action suit against this company and the individual involved. If you have had a similar "hostage" load experience with them then please contact me at sumstead@bak.rr.com.

They have in the past and were just cited for numerous violation of federal transportation laws but the laws carry no help for consumers or real penalty for the company.

The only way to deal with these crooks is to sue them out of existence or get the federal governmanet interested in a RICO type investigation.
