i PURCHASED A HOT WATER HEATER 5 YEARS AGO.THE THERMO COUPLE WENT OUT
ON THE UNIT.THE TANK WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY BUT THEY WILL CHARGE YOU
A 65 DOLLAR SERVICE CALL FEE. THEN CHARGE YOU FOR THE PARTS THAT ARE UNDER WARRANTY.NOW HERE COMES THE RIPOFF, YOU CANT BUY THE PART FROM THEM THEY ONLY SELL THE PARTS TO SEARS REPS.
NOW IF YOU DO GET THEM TO SELL THE PART THAT IS UNDER WARRANTY THEY CHARGE YOU $141.00.
BOTTOM LINE YOUR GOING TO PAY REGARDLESS OF WARRANTY
