A1 Leasing - LLCA1 Leasing - Sartup Essentials Work at Home Scam! 3rd Party Leasing scam Dallas Texas

It seems that I been caught in a '3rd party leasing sales scam'. I was contacted by a sales consultant from Startup Essentials in Dallas, Texas. He gave me spiel on how a home based internet bussiness is so EASY..anyone can do it. Talked me into going online and did a qiuck credit check and had me intial this supposed contract.
Next thing I know I'm in a 48 month lease @ $134./mon...
for what ? A laptop & conference calls lasting over 30 minutes! Just try to get a hold of someone..... right!

This all happened way to fast...now I can see why so many people get caught in these 'scams'. so I did some research...and found ALL the reports on your site from people from all over the country in the same position.

I spoke with an attorney and was advised to close my account and to return everything. Since then I received a letter stating my lease has been cancelled for non-payment & to send the "equipment" back. Also, stating to pay ALL amounts..totaling over $5,600. Now is'nt that strange . cancelled a non-cancellable lease? mmm?

From what I've read there are over 900 people who cancelled their relationship with these companies. And I understand there are investigations and possible class action suits. All I know is 'scams' like this have to be stopped.
