This company doesn't know the concept of showing pride in their work. They milk you for funds and drag on a project many times over what it should take a company to produce a website. Their programmers go in and mess up other codes and want to bill YOU to fix THEIR mess ups!
They hand you an incomplete website with errors and unless you are willing to pay them more they leave you hanging with an inadequate Website. You can complain but they come up with ever excuse in the book and try to sweep it under the carpet and get rid of you.
They are VERY expensive and seem to have many mad former clients on the web saying the very same things. They burn their bridges and just keep their sales staff looking for the next victim. They don't return phone calls in the hopes that you will just go away. But they will wine you and dine you and say everything you want to hear when trying to sign you up!
Then, they will ask you for a large amount up front. Then they pay some guys over in India like $3 / hr and this is why we get such a messed up site. Their are many postings by employees themselves telling what a poor company they are to work for. How sad is that?!?
I am out a lot of money and time. And even though the project manager recognized much of the problems I was having to endure, his hands are tied as the higher ups watch the man hours and just pull the plug on the projects at will.
What they do for $1550-$4,000 per month many companies could deliver a nice site for around $3,000 complete! These guys will drag on for close to a year! And STILL come out with a crappy site with many bugs in it and then REFUSE to fix them! Unless you cough up more money.
A1 Technology just doesn't care to provide quality work. If they did a QA check (Quality Assurance) they would have caught all the errors and bugs...but they simply don't care. They just want your money! And they will leave you high and dry without a thought!
We should get together and sue the shirts off these people and let them know that John J Public can and WILL bite back! I spent 10's of thousands with these people and I am a bonafied UNHAPPY customer!
