AA auto protection PAID IN FULL MY EXTENDED WARRANTY... come to find out nothing is covered PERIOD. & FOUND OUT ON 8-26-2012, COMPANY IS IN LITGATIONS SINCE LAST YEAR . I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK Internet

First off I want everyone to no about this company and how they took my money and never covered anything . This company is in litegation in state of Utah since last year and if I would have not made Several phone calls I would not have even found this out. No notice from them nothing...... I made a phone call to 888-222-4445 on sept 26th 2012 and iwas told at this time there is nothing they can do I can not get my money back and I have done everything at this point to cancel my protection and the gentalman had no answers for me on when I would get my money back only told he was just a broker??????? I want this to go public as my car sits at a repair shop because I have no money to repair it. Now not only do I not have a car now I can not even go to look for work. What a shame scams scams and more scams . Shame on those who think they can make up false information take people money and promise something that isnt even true. Karma Karma wait and see......

The Same Thing Happened To Us

We also have lost everything on a policy we paid in full to this warranty broker. They are also in our case, telling us the insurance company which pays for the repairs had problems and went into liquidation.
One of our issues is that AA Auto Protection advertises that they have over 60 years of combined service contract industry experience, select companies by screening AM Best ratings, insured and re-insured administrators, continuously monitor the administrators we offer policies for ...
We did not know that the Administrator or the insurance company involved with our contract had problems, but we did expect AA Auto Protection to know.
We also expected them to take some action with us as the issues with the insurance company were happening during or shortly after they sold us the policy. They continued to take our money on the payment plan as Western Insurance was liquidating. We were never contacted by them on the failing company.
I want to let people know we had a similar experience with this company. We have a long history of dealing with AA Auto Protection with other policies that we had no issue with. On this policy however we are at a loss to understand why they have acted the way they have so far, which is really bad.
I am holding back on further details at this time as I have sent a letter to the president of AA Auto Protection and we are waiting for a response.
I will file a full report on this site with the outcome of our complaint after they respond to our letter.
