AAA Northern California in Suisun City has stalled for two years regarding my total loss home fire claim. I have given them all photos, receipts, and documents they have asked for. In return all I get is a form letter telling me they are still investigating the incident. It is my understanding I only have two weeks before there is nothing I can do legally. Please help!
