Anything that is left behind in or outside the house he will remove without authorization from the owner(s). He then will use the items for himself, or pawn/sell for extra income. Kevin feels there is no "real" victom as the house is empty or in foreclosure, and nobody can prove what was left or taken from the property. This is a crime against the property owners, the Bank, or private owners.
