The products I purchased did not work at all. When I complained there was little help in getting a complete refund of monies. I would not have ordered from this person had I known that their product are bottom rate. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY ON THIS PURCASE. In addition to losing money on shipping as well, now my printer is overloaded with ink spilled out of this merchants faulty products.
