AAA Yellow cab full transprotation of Arizona Aguilars, Checker, Fiesta Taxi, Niels Cabs, Company will cancel your dirving contract, not allow you to drive a cab and force you to pay for the rest of the week's lease Phoenix, Arizona

On Feb. 3, 2010 I signed weekley pay daily lease with AAA/Yellow cab of Arizona.  This lease agreement assumes that I would keep the car for a week and pay my $115.00 daily lease deach day for six days.  The seventh day is not charged for.  The following day, Feb. 4,2010, I rear ended a Jeep at about 10 MPH with no damage to the Jeep and minor damage to the cab (cracked paint on the bumper.)  I exchanged information with the driver of the vehicle that I hit.  No one was even remotely hurt. 

Company policy is to call in all accidents.  Being a good soldier I did so: the result - my operating contract with the company was cancelled (another company policy is to de-contract a driver after an at-fault accident), my drivers lease was also cancelled and I was informed that I owed the company $585.00, which was the remainder (5 days) of the lease.  After one year of driving for the company I had accrued 650.00 of deposit with AAA/Yellow cab.  That money is in their hands.  How can AAA cancel a contract and than expect to collect the rest of it?
