ABC Construction Chuck, starts construction, then disappears, Oradell, New Jersey

 There was a mis communication between the man who posted this negative review. We have since completed a beautiful custom Kitchen for him and many others. Anyone who has there doubts please email us for pictures. We have this negative review kitchen pics among hundreds of other completed pictures with our team from ABC in every picture. Hey they say a Picture is worth a 1000 words! 

Many instances such as in the facts of evidence state: "In one case, the website (ripoff report) posted more than 110 complaints & only 11 were actually real'!!!!!!!"

Research shows that over 70% of postings on sites, google, yahoo, etc as this one are fake from either other companies trying to have them destroyed or so they can extort you for $$

Also there is a 50,000$ reward for this man who has numerous website like this one and is wanted by 28 Attorney Generals & 17 Prosecutors

There is not only 130 companies in a class action lawsuit against this site but also the workers of this site are being indicted for the RICCO act, yes the RICCO act!

So in other words, internet slander and internet use has spiraled out of control and many do not realize the legality behind all of it.

Many customers are very satisfied, however, you always have those few who aren't.  Many examples of FACTS are due to non-payment (theft of services), 

Would anyone work a 9-5 or whatever type of career and not get a paycheck at the end of the week? This is what happens to all of the workers in companies when a client decides, "Well, I signed a contract but now when the next scheduled payment is due, I wish for them to continue without any kind of payment."
Companies have to protect themselves, their workers, and cannot perform services for free.

Internet Slander is extremely dangerous and should also make a note that the responsible way to handle a concern is not by making up FALSE Stories but by handling it PROFESSIONALLY.

We have used ABC for 2 bathroom remodeling projects and confronting him regarding BBB reviews too.  He explained to us that he provided them information and they still left that letter grade.  He also explained that posting horrible reports on the internet, you only hear their side, not his. Also, if you do not pay them a substantial amount of money, you will continue to get a bad grade and they wont put on the good reviews.

I know this because I called and tested what he said myself before I signed my contract. They told me I was unable to post a good response since the company does not participate with them.

I am responding to this horrible site because we feel this is awful and internet use nowadays is so abused. We have business owned family members and understand this way people try to ruin others.  It is amazing how low people could really go,

We had our bathrooms completed and are completely satisfied.  Of course having any kind of construction is stressful but once the jobs were completed, it was so worth our time and money.

Goofle "Chuck Masterson" and you will see that he has had more than four other companies with similar complaints dating back to more than 5 years ago.  BBB rating is 'F'.

He will continue to mislead people until one day he finds himself screwing the wrong person. 

We're not buying this contractor's sudden redemption so fast. ABC in Oradell, NJ is rated F by the BBB. NOT very good. One of their supposed vendors had a check bounced by them according to you. NOT very good. They left debris all over your yard and power cut to the garage. Just because plans changed? NOT very good. Please keep us all updated, but don't let them sock you for even 1 more dollar. If you see that's where its heading, cut your losses. Please note that I did receive an email from Chuck Masterson from ABC
Construction a few days after he had stopped working on my kitchen. I
was paranoid that I was being scammed and prematurely wrote that he
"conned" us but in fact the project was delayed due to the fact that I
made some changes to the original kitchen plans. We have been in close
communication and he is resuming work and will finish my kitchen. My
fears were unfounded. After ABC Construction finishes my kitchen I'll
put another posting on how it turned out, I fully expect to be a
satisfied customer.

BOTTOM LINE: Chuck Masterson from ABC Construction is a legitimate
contractor. We just had some issues with communication that have since
been ironed out. Please ignore my previous posting about him screwing
me, that is not the case.
