Where do I even begin with my anger towards ABC Distributing. Do I start with how the online system doesn't work? Sure they'll let you place your order, but you can't get your status of the order or pay them. That should have been a first clue, right? Anyone that doesn't make it easy to get their money, surely isn't going to make anything else easy.
Or maybe I should say how the items you order are cancelled or backordered. Personally, I don't think they ever even have half the things that they advertise. You think giving them a month and a half would surely give them the time needed to get your gifts for the holidays, but it's not.
Oh, and for those seeing the cute little items in the book and cheap prices...believe what you were taught: IF IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, THEN IT PROBABLY ISN'T!! Now, don't get me wrong, for the most part, the items are nice, but they will ship everything to you separately, so your shipping charges end up being more than the item you purchased---Take my advice, go to Wal-Mart, in the long run, you will save money.
And last but not least, for your satisfaction---(That's what the claim is important to them)--they have no 800 number, so you must call long distance, numerous times, and once you're lucky enough to get through, you must then wait for a while before some customer service representative to crawl out of bed (or so it sounds like) to tell you more lies about how they will get things fixed. Also, they don't accept credit cards, because they claim to give you a generous credit limit, just one more lie to add to the pile---sure it's generous, you can order all of two things, because by the time shipping charges are added, you've exceeded that limit, and the rest of your order is placed on hold until they receive payment, which brings me back to the beginning....
Thier online "E-Pay", HaHa What a joke, and don't bother trying to call them to pay, they won't accept that either....you must mail your payment, why? I guess so it can get posted, then somehow the record lost. (This hasn't happened to me YET!!...but it's what I gather from the other complaints, personally I'm still in the "Hold Status")

This was my first time ordering from ABC Distributing, and I was extremely excited, I ordered 99% of my gifts from them (Considering I hate battling the malls around the holidays)...but I promise this will be my last time ordering from them, and I will be sure everyone that I know doesn't order from them as well. I'd rather get beat down by the hassle of the crowd on the busiest shopping day of the year, with a group of children screaming, than have to deal with ABC Distributing again (you know how bad that is, right?)....
For now, I plan to report them to the Consumer Affairs & Better Busniess Bureau (As I think you all should do) but I think this experience will haunt me for years to come, and as I student planning to enter law school...I may just have to return to get my justice---Justice for us all.
THANKS ABC DISTRIBUTING FOR MAKING THIS THE ABSOLUTELY WORST HOLIDAY OF MY LIFE!!!!
As for you other people that enjoy shopping online, Check out WWW.COLLECTIONSETC.COM (Nothing is over $14.99, and the shipping charges are set based on the amount purchased, and they are very reasonable---They even have some of the same things as ABC, and you'll pay less after shipping charges)
