Several of us placed orders with ABC Distributing and all of the items came one or two at a time...all shipped separately. This results in the cost of shipping sometimes costing more than the item ordered.

We didn't receive 2 of the items ordered for more than 5 months and when we mailed the payment, ABC claimed they didn't receive it and started sending past due notices. Although the payment was made with 10 days of receiving the last item (which took 5 months to get to us), they immediately started demanding payment, which they already had.

The quality of the items was poor. I will NEVER order anything from this company again because of the bad quality, very delayed shipping of things ordered, shipping separately resulting in expensive costs for shipping, and the apparent inablilty of them to process payment in a timely manner.

If you wanted to order something for a special occasion such as birthday or a holiday, our experience tells us that ABC cannot be trusted to get the item to us in time. There are many other companies who have much better customer service and don't play this game. By the time you pay all the separate shipping charges, you lose any savings you might have gotten by ordering from ABC. It's a waste of time to do business with this company!!!

We do make every effort to ship our customers as much merchandise in the same box as possible. Although, depending on the availability of certain items, doing so is not always possible.
