My partial order from ABC Distributing arrived yesterday in three separate boxes with each having over $5.00 of shipping charges. Half of the items I recieved were broken. If I return them I am out not only the postage and handling they have charged me but also the postage to return these items, which will probably total more than the items themselves. I have unsuccessfully attempted to call and cancel the rest of my order numerous times(have been been placed on hold for over 30 minutes each time, another cost of long distance and my time).

I have called at different times with no success in speaking with a customer rep. All I want to do is cancel the remainder of my order and get these people paid and have nothing more to do with them. What a rip off. Beware of shipping and handling charges and non-existant customer service. ABC Distributing does not save you money by buying it cheaper through them. It cost you more in the long run with the postage and handling, return postage and long distance calls.

Why dont yout try to email them. Thats what i did. and they got back to me within the next day. I also spend 30 mins waiting to speak with someone. and never did. thats why i emailed.

ABC Distributing More Damaged Items

Finally talked to a real person from ABC Distributing after being on hold for over 45 minutes. She said that I would be sent out a return postage paid label for the broken items and that they would be credited to my account.

I am still out the $20 for postage and handling they charged. I wanted to cancel the remainder of my order and was informed it was to late it had been shipped out. I did receive another item later this same day and it was damaged also in fact it was about to fall out of the bottom of the box which had not been taped down the center of the seam of the box.

This item will cost me $5.75 in shipping and handling charges. I still have two more items coming and I am sure they will not be packaged together and if they are broken I am sure that this will cost me at least another $10.00. All in all it looks like I have purchased two items that should have cost me $18 plus shipping that has actually cost me around $40.
