I placed an order on 3/11/05 and received an order confirmation almost instantly. On March 21st, 2005 I called because my account showed no activity has being done. I was told by a representative, Carlos, that there was a problem with the warehouse and that he would send notification about my order. By some miracle my order than changed to "shipping" on the 22nd. On the 28th of March my order status still was "shipping" so I called once again.
I was told by the representative, Ebony, that my order had been shipped. Apparently she does not know how to read the shipping page because although the package was ready for shipping, that shipping company was NOT involved. Today, the 29th, I finally requested to speak to a manager, Ms. Alfreds, who said my box was on an 18 wheeler ready to go whenevershipping company came to pick up the trailer. I asked her to cancel this order as it was needed for a charity auction on the 1st of April and apparently, is not going to make it here in time. I have placed 2 orders with other companys in the meantime and received both of them within 3-5 days. Having waited 18 days already does seem somewhat unreasonable! Michael Nunez is the President of ABC Distributing, LLC should anyone feel they need to send him a letter as well. I know I will be! This company does not hesitiate to send you a collection notice when you are over their 10 day payment period BUT they have the nerve to wait 3-4 weeks to send out your merchandise! Please!
