ABC Distribution Unauthorized payment taken from my account. Bannockburn, Illinois

I ordered a couple of things for my daughters from ABC Distributing, thinking that I was getting a good deal. I ordered these items on 12/15/12, they put a hold for $179.20, which was fine that was the total amount I owed. They then proceeded to put another hold on my account for $101.86, before they even took out my amount. 

They then took out the 101.86, without releasing the hold of $179.20. Then they went forward to taking that same 101.86 out of my account AGAIN! At this time they still have a hold for 179.20 on my account. They then took out 35.76 the next day and then 41.58. Keep in mind they have yet to release the other 2 hold of 101.86 and 179.20. I have not been able to finish Christmas shopping because they will not put the money back into my account. They have approximately $347.16 of my money that was to be used to finish shopping for my kids. All that they would tell me was that I should not have used the card that I get my child support on to buy my daughters these gifts.

They said they have to research it and it could take 10 to 15 business days. It did not take them 10 to 15 business days to take that money out of my account. I do not know what I am supposed to do or how I am going to finish their shopping.  Can someone please help me???
