ABC Quality Moving Countrywide Trucking Interstate move with major damages and awful customer service El Paso, Texas

Planned an interstate move and had three companies quote.  Two came out ABC Quality did not.  I had been moved by a previous company and they said the price would be the same since not much was added.  I choose ABC based on quote.  Was I wrong, the night before the move they called to say they would not be able to make it the next day could it wait until the following day.  I was leaving that day so said no. They ended up being 6 hours late so arrived at 4pm for a 3 bedroom move. 

The truck they brought was not large enough so they asked if I could store in the garage and they would come back for it later.  Again I was l leaving the next day and the person who was moving in was moving in two days later.  The movers left behind many items that I was charged for like packing tape and tissue paper.  They also left behind parts of my tables and fridge.  Once my stuff arrived some items were damaged - after many calls which were not returned I finally reached out to the claims agent they sent me to.  I heard nothing for many weeks. 

I phoned ABC movers again and they said to just keep e-mailing.  Still nothing so I called again and was told "good luck with your claim" after questioning why this was taking so long.  They eventually told me that no one was receiving my e-mails yet when they finally responded my e-mail link was on the e-mail.  Not sure what is going on with this company but it was awful.  My actual price was $3,000 mor than quoted.  The whole thing was ridiculous and I would have rather spent the same amount but with a quality company.
