Most of their online email addresses are non-functional and they no longer respond to my emails. I waited too long to be able to have PayPal dispute the charge. Bottom line. No services, no explanation and no refund. The Better Business Bureau gives them an "F" rating. I should have checked first. I suggest you do a web search "complaints abc translations" to see how bad they really are.
