Hello, Back in May 2014,  I purchased a 50" LED Samsung TV from ABC Warehouse in Southgate Michigan on Eureka Dr.  I got home and the TV just displays a black screen.  I called ABC and they told me to contact Samsung and made it seem like i dont know how to hook up a TV to electricity and my Dishnetwork reciever.  I called Samsung and they connected me to techinical support and after 45 minutes the customer rep gave up and told me to take it back to the retailer store were i have purchased it from.  I went back to ABC and they told me since the box is open they cant help me with anything and i should deal directly with Samsung.  I demanded to speak with ABC corporte to see if they can be of any assistance but i was wrong, matter of fact they were more rude than the customer reps in the store.  They told me that my problem is with Samsung and not ABC even though ABC are the ones who collected my $1000 for a defective T.V.  I went back home and explained the situation to Samsung and they agreed to send me a Tech to the house to figure out whats wrong.  

After a few days, the tech came and discovered that the television set has a damaged board and screen.  Tech said he would let Samsung know the situation and get back with me in a few days.  After a couple days, the Tech calls and tells me that Samsung declined to pay the cost to fix the television because they said the damage was most likely caused by ABC Warehouse Shipping and Handling department.  I explained that to ABC and they also declined to service or exchange the TV.  Now after 3 Months, Samsung made their money by selling it to ABC Warehouse,  ABC Warehouse made their money back and a profit by selling it to me and what did i get out of this??  A brand new 50" Brick sitting in my garage.  Everytime i see it i pray to god not to fogive the ones that made the decisions not to take resbnsibility for my loss.  I worked hard to save for that T.V and no one should go through what i did.  So i felt like i had to share my story on the website and i will share it on every similar website to let people know how multi billion dollar companies treat their customers.
