Charged my credit card within 2 minutes of my order. I have been calling every day to find out when they ship..... I have heard the most ridiculous lies.
The latest is this: they (ABC) sent te package without my street address and no one noticed it...the package is sitting in the UPS warehouse in my home town waiting for them (ABC) to provide my street address....that will take up to 15 days. This was such a blatent lie that even the representative denied it.
My credit card company has denied me the ability to have them hold the payment which they state they have already made. I will be calling their home office first thing in the a.m.

Anyways, I have ordered from them (despite of the above complaints) for about 7 years, but I have NEVER paid for items before receiving them.
I always get an invoice INSIDE the box, in which I mail them a check after receiving the merchandise.
Why are they making you pay ahead of time with a credit card???
I would call them and request that you be switched to this..don't know if it's a type of account or not.
