I ordered 2 complete sets for a Christmas present in 2001. Canceled order and requested refund prior to them shipping because I bought the gifts at WalMart. Many many e-mails and phone contacts all with the same false promise 3 years later and still no REFUND. Is this the professional way to handle business.. I think Not
