ABN-AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP INC. ripoff, Failed to respond to several phone attempts after being discharged from ch 13. ABN-AMRO failed to send payment books, then notified of pre- forclosure Jacksonville Florida

We too recieve letters every year on an escrow overage, but have never received a check. Abn-Amro even quit paying our home owners ins.( out of escrow) while in a chap 13. This then sent our chap 13 in the negative, due to the increase in payment after they tact on there insurance. This went on for several months without our knowledge. We were held in the 13 two years longer bacause of it. We then knew we were to be dicharged, and made several attemts to obtain payment books via phone calls. Each time they promised to send them when our account got out of the accounting phase. They assured us the process would only take 2 weeks. The next time we heard anything from them, it was a pre-forclosure letter. They even mailed back payments. We filed the chap 13 to save our house and Abn-Amro is trying to ensure we loose it anyway. Our mortgage has been sold several times without notification, but none of the company's ever was as lousy as Abn-Amro. They SUCK!!!!!!!!! I would not advise my worst enemy to obtain a loan from them. We still have received no payment book. Can anyone help?
