Back on 12/7/09 we were charged $86.93 for their product which was order by my husband and then AGAIN on 12/14/09 $86.93 and the product was NOT even received yet. Product was returned to address listed and we were told to get a tracking number. Called them with the info and we never received a refund of any type. On 6/29/10 we were again charged $38.99 from a company calling themselves NewClean NewCleanse. When we called the 888-594-5413 number we were redirected to 888-403-2136. After speaking with them on numberous occassions for making an unauthorized withdrawal from our account and speaking with several people we were told that the money would be refunded. So, not only did this company hit us up for the $86.93 TWICE they also thought they'd be slick and try again under another name and take another $38.99 from us! THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED! And to top it off, EVERYONE there has a heavy accent of some sort; it's almost like they do that on purpose so you can't understand what they are saying!!!
