Well, I ended up faxing them my letter from my insurance agent's office 10 times in 2 days, my 4 times from my bosses office. I also emailed it to them . Of course they "never got it" .
On the 15th, a lady told me she would go ahead and cancel it and the draft, since I had another insurance company covering me, but I had to send the signature in the next couple days. It was cancelled on my online account that day. Of course they took the payment out on the 24th still, even though I wasn't covered by them for the last 9 days, and told me that it would be at least a month before I got it back.
I called Bank of America on the 25th, who then 3-wayed with me and the company. ACCC told Bank of America and I that the money would be back in my account within 5 business days. 8 business days later, I call Bank of America back because I can't get a straight answer from ACCC or any response. Now BOA has filed a claim against them and put stop payments on my account for that company so they cant do it again. Worst company ever.
