As a consumer The Sales Tactice that these 2 Companies Access Warranty and Continental Warranty and others play! I have been looking to buy a Exteneded Warranty on a used car I have just bought. It is crazy how the Sales Person an then a Supervisor pressures you into buying the Warranty you Qualiffied for, as per my make,model,year. If you don't buy it right Now/with this call you won't qualify for the same Plan/Coverage/Service as quoted at the 1st call. You can get a far LESS of a Plan/Coverage/Service when you call back then offered at the time of 1st call. That is just BS. I told the sale person at Access Warranty that I wasn't much of a do it yourself repairmen/Mechanic. That I was checking out what they had to offer Plan/Coverage/Service and then would take there Coverage/Plan/Service to my Service Writer/Mechanic at my local Dealership, to have him/them review the Plans/Coverages/Services I had an get his/their opinion on which Plan/Coverage/Service/Company was the BEST. I told him how Continental when I called them pressured me. My salesmen at Access Warranty said we don't do that and we are a better comapny. NOT. Same Skin just a different Snake in the grass. Shame on you and all the others out there. But NO as a Consumer I/we have to buy there Coverages/Plan/Services agreement right then and there,to get the better Plan/Coverage/Service quoted. But oh you/we can get a full refund within 30 days if you/we don't like what they had to offer. So in order to have someone that may be better suited to help make a good informed decision, these Companies want us to give into there HIGH Pressure sales tactics and buy there Plan/Coverages/Services before we can compare them to each otheran figure with is best for our needs/wants. I don't know many Consumers who can afford to pay a deposit of $200.00 to $300.00 (if not more) to 2-3-4 Companies at one time, so we can compare their Plans/Coverages/Services/Companies. I think it's crap that these Companies Access Warranty, Contiinental Warranty play these games with us Consumers and get away with it. Time to STOP there High Prssure Sale Tactics! If they are offering the best Plan/Coverage/Service at a fair price an are the better Company,they shouldn't have anything to worry about! Right? We the Consumer should be able to compare them without having to buy at the moment an without having to take a lesser Plan/Coverage/Service after reviewing them to each other !! It's Shameful, Despicable High Pressure Sales Tactics!!
