ACE Athletic Family Fitness The rip off center

Beware of ACE Athletics Family fitness in Copperas Cove, Texas. I signed a contract with them using their facilities for 365 days from Jan 11, 98 thru Jan 11, 99, yet they have a clause in their contracts (if you don't read carefully or get pressured to signed the contract without reading it first or like myself the contract get changed and you don't notice small changes) that allows them to roll over you account. Although this may be legal, they do not stipulate the amount nor the date of roll over thus they can do this at any time for any amount. I lost $40 dollars because they had access to my account. You may call me foolish and stupid but how many of us give away our account numbers everyday. The contract will not stipulate they can do this, yet Paul Doyle, the President of the establishment, will argue otherwise. They know military people like ourselves do not have the currency to fight them in a non-military suit. Their machines, equipment and floors are dirty, they have bugs crawling all over the place and to top it off they have no air conditioning in the Texas summer. Don't throw away your money..
