Ok this is what you do with Acer when you have purchased a defective product of theirs. ALL OF THEIR PRODUCTS ARE DEFECTIVE! They will pretend to fix your computer or laptop or monitor and keep sending it back to you with no repairs actually accomplished until your warranty expires and then they will charge you what you paid for the product to repair it! File claims against them no matter how long ago it has been and if you recently purchased from them RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK OR FILE DISPUTES WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY! They have many consumer complaints and they are issuing FULL REFUNDS LEFT AND RIGHT. MAKE SURE YOU ARE ONE OF THE INDIVIDUALS GETTING A FULL REFUND.
