Ok this is what you do with Acer when you have purchased a defective product of theirs. ALL OF THEIR PRODUCTS ARE DEFECTIVE! They will pretend to fix your computer or laptop or monitor and keep sending it back to you with no repairs actually accomplished until your warranty expires and then they will charge you what you paid for the product to repair it! They have so many complaints against them! Keep them coming!

This is how you handle them, you call the president of the company 408-533-7701 and leave a message for him and he will have to call you back. He has taken his name off the the message but trust me that is his ext. Keep calling him and then file a claim WITH CONSUMER AFFAIRS!!! They will actually handle your problem and they have a great success rate in getting people full refunds! The phone number for consumer affairs in San Jose California is 510-888-7062. Call them and file a claim and also request that your complaint be filed against Acer's Company License! You can file against Acer's Company License FOR AS LONG AS 3 YEARS!

Tell all the people that you know to do this and soon their license will be void and they can no longer operate! If you file and claim with CONSUMER AFFAIRS and threaten to file against THEIR company's license for 3 years they WILL GIVE YOU WHATEVER YOU WANT! File claims against them no matter how long ago it has been and if you recently purchased from them RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK OR FILE DISPUTES WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY! They have many consumer complaints and they are issuing FULL REFUNDS LEFT AND RIGHT. MAKE SURE YOU ARE ONE OF THE INDIVIDUALS GETTING A FULL REFUND.

This is the way to handle this corrupt business, you file a small claims court case against them. I have filed a small claims court case against them and I am using all of the ripoff reports from this page to prove in court that Acer has an MO of ripping customers off. They sell defective products to you and then procrastinate repairs until your warranty expires! Then they want to charge you the same amount that you paid for the computer for repairs!!!



Well not this person!!! I filed a small claims court case against them and we are scheduled for court in 30 days and they are shaking in their boots! They have promised to resolve the matter with me before we go to court, I will keep you posted. They sold me a brand new laptop and the hard-drive broke in less than a year and they wanted me to pay shipping for sending it back. On day one of the laptop it did not work.



I cant wait for my day in court with over 30 similiar complaints!
