This company is a nasty fraud!!!!!! I am calling the president of the company everyday and leaving a message for him until he calls me back! I have his name and the phone number for the corp not the hole in Texas, the corp address is 333 West San Carlos St Ste 1500 San Jose, CA 95110. You must call the corp not that hole in Temple TX! Call him everyday and leave a message for him to call you back. I have contacted the local news about this matter.
I bought an Acer Laptop and when I received it in the mail I opened it and ON DAY 1 the dvd drive did not work!!!! I called them and they told me that they would take care of it and I never heard from them. I called again and sent in my laptop 4 times for repairs and it is still not fixed! They lie and state that they do not have any previous records of your calls and they do! Now my hard-drive has failed! My laptop will not work at all! I called and the techs lied and pretended they were managers and stated that the corp does not have a phone numer. LIE!!! I found the number online and the address to the corp I even know the name of the president!!!
They play games with you until your warranty wears out and then they try to charge you for repairs. WELL NOT THIS PERSON!!!!!! I AM CALLING THE CORP EVERYDAY AND ASKING TO SPEAK TO THE PRESIDENT UNTIL HE FIX MY COMPUTER!!!!! THIS IS A TOTAL RIPOFFF! I paid all of this money for a laptop and they had it more than I did and it still does not work. I URGE EVERYONE ON THIS SITE TO CALL THE CORP EVERYDAY AND ASK TO SPEAK TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY.
KEEP LEAVING MESSAGES FOR HIM UNTIL HE TAKES CARE OF YOUR PROBLEM! I am suppose to be contacted tomorrow and I will keep you updated. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL NEWS STATIONS TO COVER YOUR STORY HERE IN MY STATE THEY HAVE AN INVESTIGATION TEAM THAT YOU CAN CALL IN AND TELL THEM YOUR STORY AND THEY WILL INVESTIGATE THE COMPANY AND AIR IT ON THE LOCAL NEWS.! TRUST ME THIS WORKS I HAVE SEEN ALL OF THE COMPANIES AIRED ON THE NEWS AND PEOPLE SEE THEIR DIRTY LAUNDRY THEY GET FULL REFUNDS!(CALL YOUR LOCAL NEWS STATIONS AND REPORT THEM). If you do not have time to do it give me your city and state and I will call your local news for you!!!!! If anyone wants to call their local news station for an investigation of ACER just let me know what state that you are in and I will get the info for you!

I URGE EVERYONE TO KEEP CALLING THE CORP OFFICE! WHEN YOU CALL ASK FOR THE CORP EMAIL ADDRESS AND ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, KEEP CALLING UNTIL THEY REPAIR YOUR COMPUTER. I have all of the contact info to file a complaint for the city and state that acer is located. SAN JOSE, CA. Call all of the locations below and report them to all of the agencies.

Call all of the contacts above and request a complaint form to fill out. If you do not have time to do this just let me know and I will fill out the forms for you! Simply google acer corp america contact info and you can also fax copies of your ripoff report to the corp fax. Contact them everyday until they repair your computer. You can also contact the Media relations Manager with your complaints as well. This company is a complete ripoff their MO is to play games until your warranty is expired and then they will offer to charge you the amount that you paid for the laptop to repair it. The amount they charge is a ripoff I called a computer repair technichian and he said that the price they are asking is OUTRAGEOUS! IT'S A SCAMMMMMMMMM.
Don't waste your time calling the hole in Texas call the corp office and call your local news stations and report them. I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM EVERYDAY!
