There products are faulty and when you send it in for repairs they will keep it just one day and then send it back to you stating it is fixed. LIE!!!!! IT IS NEVER FIXED!!! They keep doing this until your warranty expires! Then they charge you the same amount that you paid for your product for the repair!!!! Complete rippoff.!!!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY! I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General in their area the web address is www.cg.ca.gov and the phone number is 916-322-3360. Call them and file a compliant the company will have to respond to the BBB about your complaint. You can fill out your complaint online.
