ACS LEGAL GROUP PATRICIA JACKSON the company stated that i owed for a PAYDAY LOAN which i have never applied for, and that i must pay the cost of litagation which is more than 4,000. The company got my date of birth wrong and the man NOT PROVIDED, Pennsylvania

There was no information provided in the email sent regarding the company in which this so called payday loan was applied for. No address for this company only BBB Complaints regarding the ACS is a fraudulent agency scaming thousands of dollars from people eithe on fixed incomes or filing a chapeter 7 bankrupcy case. I have never heard of anyone having to pay for a lawsuit before. Thank GOD for the education and knowledge GOD HAS GIVEN ME to be able to stay on my toes.
